I would like to welcome all of our new families to Hope Montessori! The children are enjoying gardening, splash day, sewing, ice cream fridays, science experiments, learning new songs for our end of the summer performance, plus spending some time continueing working with the Montessori materials! We are looking forward to a very fun summer!!

- Before
and After School Care
- Before
and After School Care is provide to all families of
full-day children at no extra charge. Before Hours
are 6:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m., and includes breakfast
from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. After School Care is provided
from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

- Toddler
Programs
(15 mths-3 yrs)
- We
understand the toddler need for activity and for independence.
Careful, daily observation of our young children guides
us in personalizing the environment to best meet their
needs.

- Full-Day
Montessori Program
- The
full-day program begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs through
3:30 p.m. Because of the length of the day, naps,
snacks, and lunch are provided.

- Half-Day
Montessori Program
- The
half-day program begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs through
12:30 p.m. with morning snack and lunch provided.

- Summer
Enrichment
(June-August)
- Our
Montessori Teachers provide specialized topics to
enrich the child's social, emotional and academic
growth. We provide a relaxed atmosphere with plenty
of art, singing, yoga, and other outdoor play. Hours
are 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

activity is scheduled by age and is monitored by faculty

Ratio
- Our
ratio of teachers to students in the classroom is
low: 8:1 for 2-year-olds; 10:1 for
ages 3 to 4 years; and 16:1 for 5 year and older.

Like all Hope Montessori Academy schools, the Lake
St. Louis campus community nurtures each student’s fullest
potential while encouraging independence, self-assurance, self-motivation,
respect for others, and a love for learning. The trained Montessori
teacher creates opportunities for individual children in a mixed-age
community in which each child acquires and applies a breadth of
skills during a three-year learning “cycle.”
 Our
Lake St. Louis campus is a year-round Montessori school. We offer
a variety of programs to meet our family’s needs, including
a comprehensive, full-time program, as well as part-time morning
classes. We supplement summertime with activities related to the
arts, field trips, nature hikes, swimming, and picnics.
